MANCHESTER PREMIER ACTION PACKAGE(S) BOOKING CONDITIONS

The Booking Conditions include important information and set out contractual terms and conditions that apply to bookings you make with Manchester Premier Action. For ease of reference we shall call all such bookings 'Package(s)' and abbreviate Manchester Premier Action as MPA. These Booking Conditions do include some exclusions and limitations of liability. You should therefore read them carefully. We reserve the right at any time before a booking is accepted, to withdraw or change these Booking Conditions. All package components are arranged by MPA.

1. MATCH TICKET CONDITIONS

Packages are designed for Manchester United and neutral supporters only. Match tickets are located within the home supporter's section. Manchester United's match ticket conditions apply; a copy of which will be printed on all match tickets. The names and addresses of all supporters booked on a Package must be supplied at time of booking. If at any time we find that you might not be a Manchester United or neutral Supporter we reserve the right to curtail your travel arrangements. Within the ground you may be ejected if you are deemed to be supporter of the opposing team.

2. MAKING A BOOKING AND PAYMENT

a) All bookings for packages are accepted subject to our Booking Conditions.

b) Full payment is required at the time of booking.

c) Once we have received your booking form and payment in full, and if the package is available, we will send you a confirmation of your booking. That confirmation is our acceptance of your booking and a legally binding contract will then exist between us. We do, however, reserve the right to refuse your booking, in which case we shall try to provide you with a satisfactory alternative package or return to you your money in full.

d) We will endeavour to comply with any specific requests but we regret we cannot promise that any request will be complied with, unless and until specifically confirmed in writing by MPA.

e) The lead named person is responsible for full payment to us for the price of the package (including any cancellation and amendment charges), and represents, with the consent of, all persons for whom the booking is completed.

f) Please note that fixture dates and times are subject to change. For example due to broadcasting commitments or cup replays. In particular the most popular games (Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester City) in the past have been changed to a Sunday fixture. If a match is rescheduled to another date we will offer you the new match date or offer you an alternative fixture subject to availability. If this is unsuitable we will offer you a refund minus 3.4% merchant services charge. If, in the unlikely event the match is abandoned, we regret that no refunds will be given.

3. OUR PRICE GUARANTEE

All due care and diligence has been exercised in the production of this website. You should be aware that we reserve the right to change any prices, services or facilities described on this website at any time before a contract is made between us. We guarantee we will not change the price of your package once we have accepted your booking. If you wish to purchase subsequent packages we will advise you of any changes in price.

4. HOTEL ACCOMMODATION

We will place you in one of the reputable Hotels near to the stadium as possible as detailed on our website. In the event that the relevant Hotel has been overbooked, we will attempt to place you in another hotel, of similar standard and location. Details of the hotel will be advised by email. Hotel terms and conditions apply.

5. TRAVEL

MPA regrets that it cannot be held responsible for any disruption/delay/cancellation of travel and/or related services due to monetary crises, political or social unrest, labour problems, mechanical or construction difficulties, climatic conditions, local laws, disease or other unforeseen circumstances or conditions. In such circumstances no refunds or credits will be issued.

6. RESTAURANT VOUCHER

a) There is no expiry date for Restaurant Vouchers, however, if it has been quite some time since you received your vouchers, some of the partners in the scheme may have changed. To avoid disappointment please check our website for an up-to-date list of partners of the scheme.

b) No change is given by the Restaurants if the value of your meal is less than the value of the voucher. If the value is more you are responsible to pay the difference in money.

c) MPA cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, damage, non-use or unauthorised use of the voucher.

d) The value of the Restaurant Vouchers accompanying each ticket is approximately £15.00 for SILVER & GOLD match bookings

e) The value of the Restaurant Vouchers accompanying each ticket is approximately £10.00 for BRONZE match bookings

f) Booking is not normally required at any of the Restaurants; however, to avoid disappointment we recommend you contact the Restaurant directly to book a table.

7. OUR RESPONSIBILITIES

a) Where we are liable to you for the non-performance or improper performance by hoteliers, we shall only pay you the amount you can validly recover against such carrier or hotelier either under any domestic law or the laws of the United Kingdom, or under the international conventions that govern such services. Nothing in these Booking Conditions affects your statutory rights.

b) Full details of the location, tourist category or degree of comfort of the hotels we offer and their main features are set out on this website or will be sent to you at the time of the booking. Local attractions mentioned in each hotel description are for general guidance only and may not necessarily be open to the public all year round.

c) If the services included in your package cannot be supplied for any reason or there are changes in the itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control, it may be necessary to change or cancel your package arrangements in which case you will be notified and offered an alternative of the same or higher standard. You can accept the changed arrangements, purchase another Package or cancel in full, in which case you will receive a full refund of any monies paid.

d) Please note that we cannot accept any liability for any change, loss, expense or other sum(s) of any description which:

(i) on the basis of information given to us by you concerning your booking prior to our accepting it, we could not have foreseen that you would suffer or incur if we breached our contract with you, or

(ii) did not result in any breach of contractor other fault by ourselves or our employees or where we are responsible for them, our suppliers.

Additionally, we cannot accept liability for any business losses.

8. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

a ) We provide as much information as possible about each hotel with the space available. However, it is important that you check with your chosen hotel if you require any special services such as wheelchair access, internet etc. Payment for such services where applicable or special requirements should be made directly to the hotel and you therefore need to check these charges with the hotel prior to making your booking.

b) Where car parking and leisure facilities are available there may be an additional charge for these services, and leisure facilities may not always be in the same building as your accommodation. Again, you should check with the hotel before making your booking. Please note that car parking may be quite limited at certain hotels.

c) Cars are left at owner's risk. MPA accept no liability for either theft or damage to vehicles parked in hotel or off-site car parks.

d) It is your responsibility to collect tickets items from any agreed pick up point.

e) All information is correct at the time of the booking, but MPA.com is unable to notify changes made by third parties to advertised times of travel and/or events. We therefore recommend that you check such times before travel.

f) If you experience problems with tickets or accommodation you must call as soon as possible your allocated co-ordinator, details of which are provided in your booking confirmation. Notwithstanding any other provisions any other provisions of these terms and conditions, MPA will accept no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss, expense, damage or delay resulting form any event that has not been notified to us in this manner.

g) Any documents specified by MPA to be returned should be returned by Special Delivery post or equivalent secure method.

9. IF YOU CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR PACKAGE

a) If you want to change or cancel your Package, you must do so in writing and it must be signed by the person who is the lead name for the Package. It will only be effective on the date of receipt by us. Cancellations made directly with the hotel will not be effective.

b) We cannot guarantee that any requests for amendments will be satisfied. However, if you wish to make any alteration to your booking (including a transfer of your booking to another person) after it has been accepted by us, we will try to accommodate your requirements subject to availability and payment by you of an alteration fee.

c) The alteration fee is £25 per booking, each time a booking is changed, unless it is to increase the value of the booking. Any alteration made on the day of travel will be treated as a cancellation and you will have to pay the charges set out in point (8d).

d) If you cancel your package at any time after your booking has been accepted by us, we will then impose the following cancellation charges:

More than 50 days prior to match date: 50% of the total package cost.
From 22 to 49 days prior to match date: 75% of the total package cost.
Less than 21 days prior to match date: 100% of the total cost.

If any cancellation is received by us on or after the match date, no refund will be made. All related documentation must be returned to us before any refund will be given.

e) If you have taken out insurance you may be able to make a claim under the cancellation section of your policy, subject to the terms of the policy.

f) Please note that special booking conditions apply to certain types of packages - and the terms and conditions of these suppliers will apply, you will be advised of these at time of booking.

10. PAYMENT

For your convenience, MPA accepts the following credit and debit cards:

We will only accept credit/debit card payments from a card that has been issued in the name of one of the people who are travelling on the Package.

11. COMPLAINTS

a) We hope that you have a trouble free and enjoyable Package but we recognise that things can and do occasionally go wrong. Any cause for complaint must first be notified as soon as possible to your allocated co-ordinator, details of which are provided in your booking confirmation.

12. EMAIL SUBSCRIPTION

a) On providing us with your email address you agree to MPA from time to time emailing you with details of our offers. You always have the option of opting out of receiving such emails by emailing info@manchesterpremieraction.com with your request. Your email address will not be forwarded to any other company for marketing purposes.

13. GENERAL

Please note that if any part of these Booking Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, then the remainder of the Booking Conditions will not be affected but will remain valid and enforceable .

Note:

Tickets are issued as pairs or where applicable as three together and will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery (£7.50 per order)

For some matches we may provide you with season ticket card(s). These will be given to you on the day of the game by a company representative. You will need to return these season ticket card(s) to the representative immediately after the match. Failure to do so will result in you being charged for each subsequent game for which you are still in pocession of the card(s).
